France suspended by ICSD

The Executive Committee of the French Federation Wheelchair judge this decision very shocked and scandalous. She decided to appeal to the Ministry of Youth and Sport, National Olympic Committee Sport French (CNOSF) and the International Olympic Committee (IOC) within a week.
