Despite the decision of the ICSD, the EDSO refuses to lift the sanctions against France.

While the bad news fell on the head of the FFH, the EDSO has to inform it communicates its decision to lift the sanctions against France and thus ignores the decision of the ICSD and the advice of the IOC and CPI.

The President of the EDSO Isabelle MALAURIE took this decision. French Federation Wheelchair wondered what we can believe the President of the French EDSO, advised and supported by the FFH when she tried to dismiss the extraordinary in the last Congress, has some memories (of the General Assembly of WSP 2005) with a hint of recognition.

FFH regrets that French athletes can unfortunately not be able to compete in the elite EDSO. Notably, the bowling, this section has every accused to go to Greece next week. The cost of transport is lost.

Dear Mr. Gerard Masson,

EDSO executive board investigate FFH's situation and actions several months along.

We did not find any positive movements until today.

ICSD president's decision to remove suspension of membership for six month of France is not valid for EDSO.

Because France has not established any Deaf Sport Federation today, situation of FFH does not meet ICSD (and EDSO) Constitutions, EDSO always follow own constitution and own regulations.

Despite above mentioned information, FFH to press for entering some EDSO sanctioned events with president Craig Crowley's permission letter. Please inform, EDSO will not permit to participation of FFH into EDSO sanctioned, all kind of sport events and congress, until France establish a deaf sport federation according to EDSO (also ICDS) constitution.

We are repeating, EDSO wishes to note that if FFH promises to consider complying to ICSD and EDSO constitutions, then I say heartly welcome to your nominations for Congress delegates.
