EDF and FFH organize the demonstration of thirty sports come alive in the unique setting of the forecourt of the Hotel de Ville in Paris open to everyone.
EDF and the French Federation French Wheelchair join forces again to organize the fourth edition of the Rencontres EDF Wheelchair Friday 10 and Saturday, September 11, 2010. For the second consecutive year, a sports village open to all, offering thirty sports come alive in the unique setting of the forecourt of the Hotel de Ville in Paris and attended by many champions.
The EDF Wheelchair Dating is an opportunity for the public to be aware and experience the sport for disabled people in a festive atmosphere, dramatized and disability by the exchange and practice. Associated with the event, the City of Paris has mobilized all of its services to meet this challenge and logistics offer the ideal to the success of this public demonstration.
Among the new 2010, the French Federation of Adapted Sport is invited to the event, the opportunity to discover its activities for people with intellectual disabilities and mental health. OPENING CEREMONY

TO DISCOVER AND PRACTICE: 30 DISCIPLINE S CHOICE
The village is organized into five thematic areas, each corresponding to a type of sport: "Energy" (athletics, weightlifting, rowing, cycling), "Team" (basketball, volleyball, football, rugby, torball, kinball, shuttlecock), "Precision" (boccia, shooting, blowgun, disc golf), "Duel" (wrestling, judo, table tennis, tennis, fencing, speed-ball) and "sensations" (climbing, dance, body language, course chair ). New for 2010: a mini athletics stadium, surrounded by two golf ephemera for team sports, tennis court, a movie about a horse and a space to chill with Eau de Paris.
ANIMATIONS AT ANY TIME
Mini-tournaments, duels against novices or champions Paralympic spot challenges, quizzes to test your knowledge in sports, adapted sports and disabled sports. On the stand EDF: photo studio, game sensory quiz with the mission and disability signings with athletes from Team EDF.
